The Dimick's
Hey there, we are Clay & Cat Dimick! We met through soccer at Belmont Abbey College located west of Charlotte, North Carolina. We did not start dating until we were both graduated and starting our careers. Clay joined the Catholic Church the summer of 2017. Cat joined the summer of 2020. We were married in December 2020. Our first son, Callum James, joined our family shortly after in October 2021. We live in the Charlotte area with an amazing community around us. Learn more about our brand below...
Who We Are
Our excitement for our brand started with our faith journey. Both of us were Protestant Christians who converted to the Catholic Church. Although we entered at different times, by our own accord, our processes were similarly expedited.
Our brand was created with the mindset of merging faith and simple everyday moments. We are a husband and wife team, young parents, Catholic converts and passionate about faith, family, health, relationships, and serving. Our hope was to introduce a brand that seeks to convert small moments into intentional memories through quality coffee.

Clay plays professional soccer locally here in Charlotte, North Carolina for the Charlotte Independence. Cat, a former public school teacher, is now a stay at home mom and tutors on the side for their parish community.
